Didn't get my fridge and after asking 3 times where it is k still haven't received after 3+ weeks

Brilliant customer service experience. My desktop dishwasher arrived but was damaged due to what looked like carelessness in transit. I contacted Cookology and the staff quite rightly asked for photos of the damage and the outer packaging. Once I sent this they had a brand new replacement at my door within two days. This is a great example of how companies should operate. Well done Cookology and thank you.

Product arrived quickly and has worked well. The box had become wet during the journey which made it almost impossible for me to carry up to my flat. the set up of the machine was a bit tricky as well but it is now working well.

I ordered my fridge freezer online direct from cookology and it was cheaper than amazon etc it was delivered free and really quick ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Microwave arrived promptly. Looks nice in my kitchen and so easy to use.

I made the sale over the phone. The customer service/sales person I dealt with was very good, friendly, efficient and helpful. The delivery driver was very obliging and brought the machine upstairs for me because I live on the second floor of a block and our lift is out of order.
The only complaint I have is that your advertising is a bit misleading. You show the dishwasher as sitting on a tiny shelf making it look very small. The fact that you put measurements in mm does not help.
The result is that the machine is much too big for the space I had planned to put it in. I will keep it because I need it. I can be bothered to send it back.
i haven’t used it yet it, so cannot comment on the actual working machine.

Buy BOSCH that will last 10 to15 Years. Buy COOKOLIGY and will will last 2 years and then throw it away. Do the sums yourself.

Please read the standard reply letter below. They state that they can’t sell me the parts !!!! Even without knowing what the problem is. This fridge is 2 YEARS OLD and no parts are available. Just buy BOSCH or similar……..I rest my case.

Delivery was as described with no issues. The wine cooler is working and looks smart. It will take 6 not 7 standard size wine bottles as the bottom area is restricted so this should be made clearer.

Have a tabletop portable dishwasher is only a couple of years old and the front operating panel has stopped working. There’s no one in my area that knows where to purchase parts let alone fix it ! It’s a shame as I really liked this item Amazing response from the team who I have never even managed to get through to!!! Go for a well known Brad and avoid

I bought a integrated microwave and induction hob, for the price they are good quality and stylish. Only just fitted in the kitchen so only time will tell. I would buy from Cookology again.

This cooker hood is the 2nd one purchased in the last 2 years for 2 new builds.

This is the third time we have bought this product. The first 2 times it was manufactured under the name of Baumatic, this looks like it is exactly the same model but now manufactured by Cookology. The previous 2 products lasted only about 4/5 years each which was disappointing but since this model fits perfectly into the space in our units and is priced considerably lower than most other integrated models we decided to give it another go. Will this Cookology one last any longer? Time will tell.
